Here at Blue Water, we prioritize education by requiring our staff be trained well over 70 hours required by Napa County, along with CMT certificates. We use locally sourced products and treatments that are proven to promote quicker healing and reduced stress levels. Our skincare services cater to your specific needs and are customized with trusted brands like PCA Skin, Vital Body Therapeutics, Esthemax, Sombra, Patchology, Farmhouse Fresh, and our proprietary blend of essential oils. About our location



Our spa offers amazing treatments for individuals, couples, and small groups. Experience the true Napa style, right in the heart of downtown. We are a local favorite and ideally located for visitors, within walking distance of downtown hotels, such as Archer and Andaz, world-class wine tastings, shopping, and dining. Our serene environment is perfect for solo retreats, romantic couple getaways, bridal showers, girl’s weekends, or other small groups. You will be charmed by our relaxing treatment rooms, each equipped with soothing music, memory foam massage tables, cozy table warmers, lavender eye pillows, and herbal heat packs.


We are conveniently located on Second Street in Downtown Napa.
We are open Sunday/Monday 10am-5pm and Wednesday-Saturday 10am-6pm



Amenities at Blue Water Day Spa

We have serene lounge areas where you are welcome to relax, read a book, and unwind. During the cold, winter months enjoy ModestMix Tea. During the warmer months, enjoy our wisteria covered patio.

As a boutique day spa, we do not have steam rooms, saunas, Jacuzzis, showers, locker rooms, or pools.

Gender Specific Requests

At our spa, we strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all of our clients. While we understand that some individuals may have a personal preference for the gender of their massage therapist, we do not allow customers to choose a male or female therapist when booking online. This is to ensure that all clients have the same opportunity to book appointments with our skilled and professional therapists. If you have a gender preference, please call us at 707-252-7079 to book your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that we may not always have a therapist of your preferred gender available. Please note that failure to notify us of your gender preference when booking may result in the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, our cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure the maximum convenience for all our clients and to minimize any inconveniences caused by last-minute cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require you to notify us at least 24 hours for individual appointments. Parties of six are more must notify us 48 hours. If you do not provide us with sufficient notice of cancellation, a full service fee for all treatments booked will be charged. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure fair treatment of all our clients and the smooth operation of our business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we hope to provide you with the best possible service in the future.


We believe in providing exceptional service with every client experience. While our service prices do not include gratuity, we do appreciate gratuity for outstanding service. Our team works hard to ensure your visit is enjoyable and memorable, and gratuity is a way to show appreciation for their dedication. Gratuity may be left in cash or added onto a credit card payment. Industry standard is 20% for satisfactory service, but we encourage our customers to tip according to their level of satisfaction.

Age Requirements

Our spa is exclusively for guests 18 and older. We kindly ask you to respect this policy to ensure a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for all our visitors. In case of any changes to your reservation, please make sure to adhere to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to our spa soon!

Injuries or Illnesses

To ensure the well-being of our staff and valued clients, we request that bookings be avoided if you are experiencing symptoms of any illness that may be spreadable, such as cold or flu, or have sustained an injury within the last day. If a booking has already been made we may unfortunately need to cancel your appointment. In the event of skin or medical issues, we recommend seeking advice from a doctor before making a facial booking. Please, kindly note that cancellations due to illness or injury will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all.

Upon Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Doors open at 9:45 AM. Please note that our schedule is booked back-to-back, and we cannot extend your treatment time if you are late. Your cooperation is highly appreciated, and we strive to provide you with fantastic therapy services.

A credit card is required, at the time of booking, to guarantee the reservation. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.

Directions & Parking

Need help finding us? Click here for directions! Free street parking is also available, seven days a week.

The vacant lot next to us is a private that does not belong to us. Please do not park there. We are not responsible for towing fees, should your vehicle be towed.

Product Returns

Products must be unopened/unused and in original packaging. We will make exchanges for products that have been opened and/or used within 30 days of purchase.

Expiration Policy for Gift Certificates/Massage Packages

All gift certificates sold are valued at the purchase price. Gift certificates sold at full price never expire. However, they can be subject to an additional charge if prices have changed or a service is no longer available. All gift certificates that are given out for a promotion do expire. Promotions include, but are not limited to, auctions, races, and raffles. Please check the expiration date and use them within that time.
