This individualized service is meant to increase flexibility, increase blood flow and mobility as well as achieve a deeper stretch than you may be able to attain at home, on your own. Our highly trained Massage Therapists will actively guide you through deep breathing, Thai, Tui Na yoga positions and PNF stretching to provide a full body stretch. This service can be booked before (or after) a massage, or on its own to facilitate a full body stretch. Please wear comfortable clothing as this service is always completed fully clothed, on and off a Massage table within one of our private treatment rooms.
